Can a courier service surrounded by the US ship a zippo lighter to guatemala or shipping it is forbidden by US policies?
Answers: yes
It can't be sent by air unless you aimless the fuel. Lighters are no longer limited by US flight regulations.
It can be shipped provided within no flamable content. With most ligthers a problem but NOT with Zippo. Just give up out the lighter-fluid and you should be fine. I doubt it. Generally speaking, anything hazardous or liquid wants to be claimed when shipping something, and may or may not be allowed to travel out of the country (depending on what it is). If the zippo lighter is empty (ie. no lighter fluid), later I'm sure you'd have better luck!! If you didn't claim your hazardous or juice materials, you could face fines if they come up to open and scour your package - which they are allowed to do!
