Answers: Most of the village/town scenes be filmed contained by Cortona or Montepulciano. Both towns are pretty close to each other contained by the Tuscany area. In Cortona, they get rid of postcards with production stills of the actor filming different scenes within the town square :-)
The beautiful shoreline town is Positano - along the Amalfi Coast.
