How do a set up foreign exchange and or pen-pal?
In a previous question i asked "what is the best instrument to learn a writing?" alot if not most suggested visit the country. How do i set up exchanges, is it safe, also how do i "get" a pen-pal, do nation still do that anymore?

one of my english students, she's italian and 12 years hoary, is looking for a penfriend. she wants to rearrange her english. if you wish to modernize your italian maybe we can sustain. i would prefer for her to have someone around her age though.

Ok, I would suggest putting "International pen pals" into a turn out engine. I'm sure some results would pop up. As far as exchanges goes, here is a organization call "American Field Exchanges", which sets up foreign students,(mainly of high university age), with American nearest and dearest for at least a year. As far as language are concern, take a class at a in the neighbourhood school. If not, in attendance is a program called "Rosetta Stone". I twig it's expensive but good. Some of the other answers enjoy talked in the region of pen pals, and i.e. a great way to communicate within another language as okay, but I wanted to tolerate you know about a great program that will tolerate you travel to another country as a foreign exchange student and it can either be for a few weeks within the summer, half a conservatory year (one semester in the U.S.) or a full university year. There are several companies that do some of these, but one in one does all of them - EF. EF is a company that have been around for masses years and works with countries adjectives over the world. I would suggest doing the summer program first as it is not such a big change and you would not be gone for an entire university year, but it gives you a virtuous chance to not individual learn some of the terms from native speakers, but you receive to see some of the country as well. Here is an example:
There be a group of 35 Italian students who came to my city within California one summer. They lived with host family for three weeks and during the week days they attended English classes for a few hours and then, as a group, did assorted activities (since it be Southern California, they all go to Disneyland, the beach, Hollywood, San Diego, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Los Angeles, San Francisco, have BBQs with the host family, and many other things. I have 4 students living in my home (6 total at different times) and I be very involved within the program as well. The students who lived next to me spoke a little English when they arrived, but be speaking it very in good health after being within the U.S. for only three weeks! They adjectives learned English within school since they be young, but study it in a classroom is remarkably different than learning it and using it firsthand surrounded by the native country.

Also, if you are interested in one of the computer programs for study a language, as one of the previous answers stated, Rosetta Stone is awesome! I enjoy used many programs to swot up Italian, including two years in college Italian classes, abundant computer programs at home, workbooks, etc., and this is by far the easiest to use and has have the best results! I even lived in Italy for one year and own learned more from this program!

If you enjoy a facebook, or a livejournal account consequently you can do a search for groups or communities who contribute penpals, just force out for "penpals". These are where I've get all my penpals from. Good luck, I love penpalling!
