4Italian-Speakers, What does nostovia imply??

It's suppose to be Italian...says my friend.
And my friend also said it approaching it was suppose to be a compliment??

If it be russian "nasdarovia" means "cheers".
Italian sentence "non sto via (per molto, etc)" resources "I'm not going to stay away (much times, etc)"
I'm Italian and i have never listen to this word!What is that?It's not Italian at all! I agree.....I imagine it is russian Nostrovia! Like Cheers!
hi there...i'm italian.nastrovia is cheers contained by poland language.surrounded by italy to say cheers you hold to say "cin cin" or "alla salute"..within sardinia we say "a chent'annos"...the description is "other 100 years" It is not Italian...I don't know! =D
