Answers: Of these choices, the last two are contained by the old town nouns ande within walking distance of adjectives the attractions.
Note that the 1st one is not in Florence. They contribute four shuttles a day to the nearest train station and you'd hold to catch the train near to get into the city. The Empoli station is a 28 to 40 minutes by train from the city (2.80 euro respectively way).
If I had to pick one of these, I'd move about with the Tourist House Italy.
When I go to Florence I stayed at Hotel Montreal , which is at 43 via della Scala. We loved the location, because it is close to the train station, and it was nice not to own to lug our packsacks too far.
Have fun, you'll love it.
In venice we stayed here, I can recommend it - it was nice and verbs, and again , not too far from the station:

- The first one is not in Florence.
- The second one is for a time hostel not in the center of Florence, but it's close to one of the banister station. The area call "Campo di Marte" is not historical, but easy to get hold of there. It's close to the stadium of Florence, beware if nearby are any soccer games!
- The third one is a camping. Good position (near Piazzale Michelangelo) righteous view. Not unproblematic to get here (just 1 bus).Only for the summer!
- the 4th one is in the center of Florence, close to the prime station. You can walk to every monument from in attendance. The street is not beautiful but it's markedly touristic.
- The last one is drastically close to the center! It's near Piazza Santa Maria Novella. You can bearing easily to every place of Florence. Easy to take there from the station by foot.
I dream up I would choose the last one.
adjectives the properties you listed are internal enough and Florence is a small city so you won't hold to walk too far. It's other nicer to get away from the crowds so san lroenzo, santa maria novella and santo spirito are correct places. I've used this company for apartments and they always hold good meaning http://www.holiday-velvet.com/florence and http://www.holiday-velvet.com/venice
