Does anyone surrounded by italy know a honest italian/english baking/culinary institution surrounded by italy?

I would like to travel to italy, and swot up baking/pastry, but while researching online I've yet to come across one surrounded by italy that also allows americans/english speaking. I'm going to assume I didn't check enough, and I am purely wondering if any of you italians or americans know anything about this. If you do please permit me know.
