Am an iraqi guy ,requirements to link a trip to italy this summer & am woundering in the order of the mode i can acquire a visa ?

am an iraqi citizen & i live in baghdad ,i wnt to the italian embassy they told me that the the company that fix up your group tour should complete my visa application or just sending you an ivitation that sent to the italian embassy within baghdad .
so i want to know wich company can this type of services ?
