Good places for consumption out surrounded by Puglia, Italy?

Going on holiday here. If anyone has be to any good restaurants surrounded by the Puglia region in Italy, please agree to me know. We're staying about 45 minutes from Rome.

Are honourable,but the first isn't much cheap.Have always afresh and fundamentally good fish.

Puglia is the extreme southeast and heel of Italy ; a long way from Rome . If you want to devour out in Puglia , you will enjoy to stay there . Generally Puglese food is flawless ; if it's not too much effort for the waiter and waitresses to serve you . My experience around Porto Cesario , was that tourists cause work and are not really welcomed . Puglia have lovely beaches ; if anybody could be bothered to clear the rubbish sour them . Watch your money and posessions ; tourists are easy pickings within Puglia , don't tender the money at gas stations or shops before it is asked for , or they may trick you into paying double .
Rome is contained by Lazio ; if you are staying 45 minutes from Rome , I recommend you remain in that nouns ; there are several interesting and historic places to visit . I cannot christen Restaurants precisely , but you shouldn't have difficulty contained by eating in good health . Take care of your Passport , wallet and cards ; hang on to them separate , in protected places .
Rome is a gang of theives and pickpockets ; don't carry valuables contained by a backpack or you'll very possible lose them .
I have lived a number of years surrounded by Italy and love it dearly ; but it does have it's shortcomings .
Take aid and enjoy yourselves !
In Otranto I can recommand you the pizzeria "Bella Idrusa"; the restourant "da Ivo". These are contained by the central square of the town to hand the port
In Lecce you can have a exceptionally good pizza at the pizzeria call "Carlo V".
Have a very apt meals!
There is no bleak food in Puglia so don't verbs!
But can you be more precise about where on earth you will be -- it's kind of resembling asking, 'Where is a good place to chomp through out in Florida?'. And if you are 45 minutes from Rome, you will not be surrounded by Puglia. It's much further away than that.
