Does Ireland enjoy a service similar to NetFlix?

If you're unfamiliar near NetFlix, it's a DVD rental service through the internet in America, where on earth you are sent movies you request every month through the mail and convey them back after you've watch them, for a low fixed rate.

Have loads of family surrounded by Ireland and they were asking more or less NetFlix and were hoping they have a similar service. I'm told it's expensive to rent movies at places like Xtra Vision, where on earth one movie for one night rental is much more money than you'd recompense in the USA for multiple movies for a week long rental, so thought I'd ask for them.
