Getting a Job within Ireland??

I am planning on moving to ireland in a couple of month
I Speak Perfect English and German i hold Sales expirience ive had my own businesses, a Computer Store a Tree Service a Book Seller
i would close to to know if there are honourable jobs perchance call substance type or something like that?
Is it complicated to get a Job contained by Ireland?
