What's the average saloon insurance cost within Ireland?
Hi everyone,
I'm planning to move from Canada to Ireland next year and I be wondering what would be an average cost for a basic saloon insurance? I have have a valid Canadian G2 license for about 3 years, as economically as a Romanian (EU) full license for 8 years. I'm 26. The car would be a small motor, and the region either Dublin or Cork.
I'm not looking for an exact quote, I'd simply like to know what you are paying for your motor and your experience, so to get an belief of what to expect.

Answers: I pay give or take a few EUR500 for third party insurance on my 1.3 litre sports car - but im a woman so you can expect to pay almost double if your mannish...try have a look at some websites for quotes, lately google them
In Northern Ireland, VW Golf = approx lb250. Depends on age, value of saloon, where coupé is located, years driving without accident. depends on your record of accident or non-accidents the amount of times you have/haven.'t

Too much, we pay for the boy racers mistakes. Remember to bring your "no claims" tag from Canada, because it could be transferable.
