Where can i hear proper rebellious songs contained by dublin this weekend?

Answers:    the Arlington hotel, Bachelors walk, hold an Irish dancing/singing session on every weekend, usually about 6 or 7.the aul mutineer songs are a bit out dated now, beside the peace process and all, so I don`t know you won't find your full blown rebel row, close to the other answerer said, Cork or Kerry, the further away from the problem, the more patriotic
Some free spirit songs are still popular, but not all ... as Dublin is the most English of the Irish cities (in sense if not within politics), then you might not enjoy so much luck. I'd recommend heading west or south-west, like Galway, Mayo, Clare, Limerick, Kerry or Cork. Now these ARE Ireland . any Carrolls grant shops sel cd's which will have a few eccentric songs.. but If you want really rebellious and pro Irish songs, try the Sinn Fein shop on Parnell square within dublin.. they have lots of stuff I Imagine
not sure whats on this weekend but the Cobblestone within Smithfield often have sessions you might like and here is a pub on talbot street the Gardiner st. end, only cant remember the name but its right subsequent door to guineys they go within for the rebel music!! nowhere.....try cork ?
Better going to the rioter county.Cork! You will hear a lot of polite rebel tunes here! dont know about dublin but where on earth im from, rebel songs are exceedingly much alive and well
