Is it practicable to see Scotland and Ireland within 9 days?
Answers: No...i'm sure Ireland has loads to do, but I can merely speak from a Scottish point of view. You'd requirement a couple of days at least surrounded by Edinburgh, another day or so contained by Glasgow & at least 3 to 4 days to truly appreciate the frenzied beauty of the Highlands. If you want to call round the so called "Braveheart Country" around Stirling you'll entail another day-day & a half. As you can see that's almost 9 days already & you're simply in Scotland. If you come to Edinburgh during the International Festival you'd be spending more than 2 days here believe me.
Sure it is, just pick your places cautiously. Get a good Frommers guide for both, and digit out the places you want to go. They confer you outlines for what to see if you have 1 week or two weeks. You can customize your thinking from there.
Then, you can amount out how much time to get to respectively place, and how much time you want to spend in respectively. This will depend on how much you want to see, and if the places are close by. Cities are especially easy to see contained by 2-3 full days each.
You might also resolve to spend all 9 days to see one of the two within depth, but that's up to you.
Have a great time!
