Planning on sending texts to mobile phones to Ireland from out of the country.
What are the international codes for Northern and Republic Ireland?

Northern Ireland is in the UK. So use the UK code.
The Republic is 00353
Republic of Ireland is 00 353 . Northern Ireland is also 00 44, I believe, but not from the Republic. Check your phone book where on earth you are. the other answers are nearly right but not quite.
The prefix for an international, beckon is NOT always 00, it's a adjectives mistake. Anyone making an international call from the USA or Canada can bring up to date you that.
May I suggest you dial +353 . This way if you are contained by any doubt what the number is, the phone will work it out for you.
353+take first 0 out and continue numbers will ususally initiate by 08-something.
just tweaking that first 0 by +353 followed by the rest of the number: 8something.
so what u have contained by the end is approaching: +3538something
0035386/5/7 etc.
00353 then 86 or 87 or 85 or 83 but you don't out the nothing on.
