Any onlien travel site surrounded by India that allows you to buy online tickets inwardly india using an INTERNATIONAL Card
clear trip, air deccan, etc.. don't permit you. They only want indian cards.

It is best to buy the air tickets on-line from the airline websites. And they do adopt international credit cards. I have other purchased tickets online. For international customers they will quote US$ fares which are more flexible.
If you buy philosophical discounted tickets in Indian Rupees and you are not an Indian (and do not look Indian or convey and Indian ID you may have trouble).
If you are looking for train tickets its a different story.
