I am not Punjabi or Sikh, but I would say, yes. The reverse, -- i.e. adjectives Punjabis are Sikhs -- is not true. I am Punjabi ( Sikh) and i have never contained by my life see anyone that is Sikh but not Punjabi so I would vote that yea mostly all Sikhs are Punjabi
