Advice on Indian money?
My parents are travelling from the UK to India for 2 weeks on business on January 1st..and they have be wondering how they will manage for money while they are within. If they are not able to find Indian rupees before arrival within India, will it be easy to do so once they enjoy arrived? And during their stay? They will be visiting New Delhi, Hyderabad and Mumbai.
Any help/advice would be appreciated!
Answers: Tell your parents to meander in to the Forex counter at the arrival lounge at the International Airport, In India, Thomas Cook and LKP are the two big name providing this service.
They can change the GBP or Euro to the Indian Ruppes. Paying for Cabs, tipping the Hotel staff should be done contained by Indian Rupees.
For any other big expenses, like shopping or settling hotel bills can be done wither beside a credit card or even by the cash contained by GBP or EURO or USD.all big hotels and shops thieve these currency, though it's not official.

In most of the airports foreign exchange counters close to Thomas cook would be available. Credit cards would also work, but there might be a 1 or 2% international transaction duty for each transaction. Also if the stay is arranged surrounded by a decent hotel, the hotel staff could abet you with foreign exchange.

I don't travel a lot, but most Countries will exchange currency when you arrive surrounded by the Country, Should be No Problem Hello world, my friend went, said it be brill, and she could not spend her money- it was so Cheap. Love Jo xx
yes it will be trouble-free, just pinch some cash beside you of your currency, the amount you want to spend there. and your credit card will work nearby.
