o Started as a private limited company surrounded by 1989 at Jamshedpur.
o Presently it is closely held public limited company
o Original describe was Neelachal Auto, which be changed to the present name surrounded by 2000.
o Initially, the company was set up next to a capacity to invention propeller shaft components for OEMs and later large precision machined components viz. automotive gears, machining of steel casting & Forgings be added
o Subsequently, a state of art plant at Pune was set up contained by the year 1996 to make fully finished gears.
