Bangalore to Kanyakumari by the Island (Kanyakumari) express, is the trip worth it (scenic, not advisable...)?
Has anyone traveled by the Kanyakumari express. I want to embark on a train journey that take me through scenic routes?

Island Express runs through the southern part of Kerala for the intact day up to that time reaching Kanyakumari in the evening hours.
Before reaching Kanyakumari duplicate train goes through nearly 50 km in Tamilnadu state as all right.
You will get a haphazard to enjoy the exquisiteness of the nature for the total day. Kerala's subsidise water , paddy field , coconut plantations etc.
Make a note to NOT TO MISS the most magnificent 'Ashtamudi Kayal' back dampen view which comes merely before Kollam Railway Station.
Yes it is worth it if ur travelling upto Kanyakumari.
