Answers: we cant stop using roads or vehicals. but we can avoide the number of times we use our vehicals. go by bus or by amble if you got ample time . it will not only avoide the traffic but it also avoide the pollution and it will be be healty for you.

Metro railway must be started surrounded by the city. And plenty of flyovers constructed for smooth traffic. improve public transport and afterwards we can restrict private vehicles,thus make smaller trafic

Well the singular way you can avoid traffic surrounded by Bangalore is by developing wings and flying. BTW i tried it and it didn't work. U can offer it a shot too.. hehee use cycles!
