Pratyangira devi is kritya devi close to devil??

Pratyangira Devi is a Kritya Devi. One my friend told me Pratyangira Devil is like Dhumavathi, karnapasachini and vadayakshi. Is this currect. I know she is a grate protector. But i dont know she is a kritya devi approaching Dhumavathi and karnapisachini. She is devil?.Please reply
