Boycott Goa?
A young 15 years outdated girl has lately been murdered within Goa. Her name is Scarlett. To shift the attention from their own criminal involvement, the police and even the trendsetter of that state are now charging the girls mother for parental neclect. Their response is that tourists should embezzle care of themselves. In the origination the police dismissed the case as a drowning stroke of luck. Only pressure from the mother resulted in a second ortopsy, that showed her daughter be raped and murdered.
The leader of Goa have stated that the mother is equally quilty in the murder of her daughter, simply because she be not with her daughter at the time when the murder happen. It is also well particular that the police are best friends with the mafia near. I think it is right to boycott Goa and thereby guide those bastards a lesson. What do you think?

but these things do happen, its not a moment ago in Goa but everywhere else surrounded by the world.. boycotting Goa is not going to achieve anything!
My guess is boycott will exact hotel rates to drop .. and again rise in number of tourists eventually!
I own all the sympathy for the girl's mother, it have to be said that a girl that age should have be accompanied by an mature at all times.. especially travelling out of country! surrounded by any place in the world nearby will be people who purloin advantage of a person's ignorance!
Anyways, i do agree that imperative enforcement in India is not really righteous! and such criminal incidents do happen even surrounded by much hyped tourist places like Goa.
Its better if citizens travelling there are aware of that and are fussy not to trust strangers, always roam around surrounded by groups and as far possible get the tours manage by the hotel people.

At the same time it is also right that the said mother is also guilty. In this world anywhere if you evacuate a iron chest full of gold coin lacking any lock - people would use it and delight in!
And also if we need to boycott GOA, we have need of to boycott 1000 other cities all around the world for matching reason.
