Can any body recommend worthy hotels for accomodation close at hand to IIT Chennai?
Actually going to chennai is our 1st trip. we dont know about the accomodation fare in hotels effective to IIT chennai.so can any body recommend good hotels along beside the hotels phone no.s so that we can ask for the accomodation.we need accomodation for 15-17 students 300-400 within a room ...3-4 students per room

WUS (World University Service Centre) at Spur Tank Road, fundamental Egmore; although not close to IIT, very fashionable reasonably priced building for college students on dormitory and rooms basis available. Get the phone number from BSNL website and ring up to book.
Next, you can try the Youth Hostel at Indira Nagar which is not far away from IIT, Chennai:
