How can i send for an irish mobile phone from india when the other human being is contained by india?

im using the 086 prfix he has 087 i call him from delhi and got through by dropping the 0 e.g. 00353 87 123456 but this doesnt give the impression of being to work in goa / kerala nouns of india.


Answers:    not sure what the country code is, but for the UK you would dial 0044 then the number (omitting the 0) and that should work, eg, the number is 07654321 you dial 00447654321
