Can I expect at lowest possible snow on hill of shimla or manali? I am planning to call round on Nov 11- Nov 15?
Answers: Not in this time, any way , it have never snowed in November, on the complex altitudes and further up, you may find snow caped peaks but that's the finish off, any way but do ask for a adherent in shimla so that you don't quality hot.
nope i dont think so within will be any snow at that time It is not possible to expect snow leak in the month of November. Visit Shimla also Kullu, Manali, Rohtang, etc contained by the month of january- february. It is the best time of snow fall.
probability of snowfall are very smaller number. you will get snow contained by kashmir. you will get snow contained by Shimala or Manali in december and january
