All things one equal - probably yes but not very slickly. All things are of course not equal within life - you could own a big girl and a small guy, or vice versa. In most cases a healthy woman can *carry* somewhat bit more than her body weight at lowest for a short distance; but picking him up in the first place is promising to be a struggle.
