I am not an outsider but i feel i can answer this quiz. As an tour operator i return with to know how tourist look upon the Kerala state.
1) Hotel tariffs hiked
2) Average Sightseeing
3) Poor food (kerala cuisine does well)
4) Serenity have high need
5) Backwaters and canal tours not up-to blemish.
6) No professionalism in tour operation.
7) Cities especially Cochin are developing.
8) Everyone visiting Kerala feel like buying a home effective the river. I still dream of it!
