Well I don't know what you call broadband but the Internet that I be using in Hiimachal Pradesh be painfully slow. I used a cellphone (Tata) that be hitched to a Laptop and then I tried an Internet shop and that be even slower. I really don't think the signals enjoy enough bandwidth to phone call it "Broadband". Yes, it is available. I've been to Kodaikanal... and hold used broadband connectivity.
I think lattice is avilable in adjectives most all places and Kodai and shimla are tourist places so must be avilable.
