i am going to india after 5 yrs for the first time after me n my family not here india i am going with my younger sis... my parents talk abt how it was resembling 5 yrs back and afterwards suddenlly we came to airport be my dad is like u hold to be careful contained by indian airport cuz the officers within will try to take money from. and if u r not givving next they will take ur baggages n check it and will do a great deal to harresh u since u didnt gave them money...immediately i dont wat to give any money for no use to them.. what should i do plz backing... tell me how to deal with with them cuz i regard that taking money from anyone without ur rights is merely wrong. now days after that talke next to my family i cant sleep i allways dream up abt this stuff.. i cant even imagine my self contained by india i just stuck my slef at airport guys plz give support to what should i do.

my dear, adjectives that has chnged. a moment ago go to green conduit put ur bags for scan. get them on the other side of scanner n out u jump. i have reach bombay from europe 7 days back What u own writtenis a story from the past. No such article is happening presently.
I travel at least six times surrounded by a year to and from Mumbai airport but have never be stopped by customs authorities.
There are two channels for going out of the customs nouns, if u have any dutiable item ( one item costing more than indian rupees 25,000 ) u run to red channel, if just ratify through the green channel.

And most important piece, keep your costly items doesn`t matter what u are taking like ipods, cameras, gold ingots etc with you within your hand baggages. coz these folks at the indian airport are stealing it away if it is in the key baggage. this have happened to me. save for that when you leave india, pay attention with your passport. after giving it at respectively counters check if all the page of the passport are there. i dont know for what source your grand pa compensated 600rs. but i dont think such a piece should happen. DON'T TAKE OVER WIGHT.AND EVEN THEN WHEN THEY WANT TO CHECK YOUR STAFF AND THEN YOU SAY NO AND THEY ASK YOU FOR MONEY SO THEN YOU SAY YES AND THEN SAY THAT YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE THE MONEY TO THEM OUTSIDE AND SLIP AWAY FROM THEM SO THEY WILL NOT GOING TO SEE YOU!AND YOU CAN AWAY AND PEOPLE LIKE THEM DESERVE IT.
i put a deceitful ring on top of the sack...work great...they sneak it and later find out it's misrepresent...love it...put any valuables in a smaller clear box and put a small luggage lock through the 2 zippers...after they can't get through to the valid stuff you will have problem singular if you get bozz or electronic items so freshly dont get thm and if you do pay cheque a little money
Totally agree near vaishna, keep your kit weight below control. Secondly, do not allow anyone to handle your plenty. Always handle your lots yourself. Baggage trolleys are free of cost at Mumbai airport, you just own to find it. I went to India near my little sister and landed at Mumbai airport and later caught the domestic flight to Vadodara that evening and I didn't have to remuneration a single dime to the customs. But it is absolutely essential that you hang on to the weight underneath control and not carry any electronics that you do not plan to bring support with you. This myth that you hold to pay bribe at Indian airports is exploited by the customs official sometimes but if you stay firm and not pay anything excluding what you legally owe them (which is nought unless if you are importing duty items) after you will be fine.
