Answers: India, in broad, would be the best place to celebrate Diwali.
No business where you stir, whether it's Bombay, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, etc. you will have a blast.
Make sure and do some fire works...It's the best member. Don't do them alone, go to the nearest park next to lots of friends and do them there. In India, at hand is unristricted fireworks, which means you can buy adjectives those LOUD fireworks that you can't buy in the U.S.
Also, buy deeply of sweets. [I love sweets, this was the best bit for me.] I recommend Peda, Ladoo, Kaju Katri, and Ras Malai.
HAVE FUN...I will stop writing because this is bringing back aged memmories and if I don't stop I will keep writing until my fingers dive off...

best tourist spot is andaman islands.call in andamantours.in.its a terrifically eco-friendly tourist destination in india.no where on earth in india you can find such verbs beaches approaching in andaman islands.its particularly good to paint the town red diwali.choose good resorts trhen it will be vastly fine. Diwali is celebrated in best path throughout the country. But I think Kolkata is the leading attraction on diwali. They celebrate kali puja on impossible to tell apart day. So you will see the lights and it looks drastically charming in diwali.
