I hold a flat within Pune which I rented out only just. I live contained by another city. My property broker lease out the?
flat for me. When the lease aggrement reached me I find that the lease time of year is put down as 24 months ( 2 years ) instead of 11 months.
What do I do ?
I am very worried that I may loose the flat to the latest tennant.
Please suggest how I can get out of this situation.
Answers: first mistake be to give power of attorney to your broker. lot of general public make this mistake. some brokers show smaller amount rent in the lease and pocket the extra money. immediately at least shift and meet your tenant surrounded by a casual track and see what type of person he is. also while contained by Pune meet other brokers and find out the implication of 24 months with out disclosing what have happened.bring up to date this new broker u r want looking for a flat and borrow from him copy of any such lease of 24 months. Next time rent it out to some one working within IT industry and u can get better rent too. sign the agreement your self and lug away the power of attorney from the broker
Now u cant do anything unless the person who u enjoy given the flat agrees to give it after 12 months.
