try youth hostel, lodges or dormintory facilities offered by Goa Tourism Development Corporation you will be sturdy pushed to find any accommodation within that price range contained by Goa, im not saying you cant but i seriously doubt it you might draw from something like a hostel if your exceedingly lucky and go within the monsoon season
Not possible to stay below Rs.100 in expensive Goa.
