What is a righteous place to stay within Germany when you are a summer homestay student?
Answers: Any place with a railway station where on earth trains leave more than once an hour. This deeply means most cities over 20,000 inhabitants. Good connections to a larger city (more than 200,000 inh.) in 2 hours of travel is also essential. Having a university in equal town is always a big plus, as it lightens up the nightlife.
Heidelberg. Castles, lots of history, charming countryside, the university, great museums, excellent night natural life, by train easy access to Munich, Paris, Strasbourg, and single an hour by autobahn to Franfurt. Great place. Heidelberg because it is home to the one and only Jared G.
i prefer northern germany, ppl are friendlier within but since I've been livin within southern germany for a few years now i gotta detail its ok as well..
