I cannot remember whether Weimar have any, though.
As for other cheap otions, there is a Burger King at Theaterplatz, two China-Restaurants at Schwanseestrasse and at Friedrich-Ebert-Strasse, and a Nordsee (seafood secure, similar to Pizza Hut) at Wielandstrasse plus two Pizza-Services offering delivery.
Everything is cheap surrounded by Weimar because it's the poor Eastern part of Germany. Though.. a lunchtime below 6 EUR is a bit too unrealistic. Go to Macdonalds, you pay for a regular menu (quarter pounder, french fries and a coke) 5,50 EUR.
