Which sandbank offer free credit card within Germany?
I'm looking for a credit card that has no annual levy ( at least for the first year) and monthly levy or others fees, since i won't use it often.

I own a Mastercard from Karstadt (it's a department store, not a bank), it's always free. You one and only pay a excise when you use the card abroad. You can return with it online or in the store.

within germany they dont use many credit cards.. occasionally at a precinct or a street market they would allow visa.. if you be to get visa or mastercard i wouldnt obtain either.. because they dont use them much.. but here are some stores that accept visa. and if you needed to get one i would recommend visa. Are you student?

I have a Visa credit card-not an EC or debit card-from the Volksbank that my husband and I received and doesn't hold an annual fee.
