Who tend to be more helpfull western or eastern germans?or they are one and the same?
pls answer me if u have lived surrounded by both parts
Answers: I have have just as much back in both, and I hold lived and traveled the last 18 years near.
So it really depends on you too in lots ways, how you present yourself and if you are not rude and try to talk within their language is other helpful.
Have fun! Intergration since the unification have been huge and the population is impressively mixed up now though at hand are still two mind sets from east and west which is slowly dissipating over time.
It depends on the people you hold to deal beside.
The elder people within East Germany often do not speak English as they be forced to learn russian instead.
And in that still are differences in mentality West Germany beeing much more start towards foreigners due to the Eastern part beeing locked up for 45 years that does not depart in a few years .
Both Well as born and raise german I might be able to support with that cross-question. Lived int eh eastern part for 19 years and studied contained by the western part for 3 years. Well both sides are not an iota different really. They both have their worthy and their bad sides. If you jump into a store you will hardly return with a smile from either smile unless you are really cheery yourself. The switch is if you think they are rude don't transport it personal. We tend to take our emotion to work, especially in retail.

sadly: neither Like everywhere contained by the world you have those and those, 18 years after reunion you enjoy the people mixed, tons western germans moved to east germany and vice versa.
One exception are some NeoNazi groups in a few cities of eastern germany which put non white relations into trouble or even beat them up, but thas zilch to do with germans east or west within general. We have the zocker world competition in germany second year and more than 1 million foreign visitors come and all around the world you hear them have been relieved with the genial mentality and enjoyed the outgoing multicultural mix around germany.
