The literal translation of "Reeperbahn" would be "Ropemaker lane" and such a road can exist within any harbour town. I know for sure that the cities Eckernf"orde and Kiel own a "Reeperbahn", but only the one contained by Hamburg is notorious for its amusement and red-light establishments.
