I live in canada and im 15. I want to coppers schools and I hold a chance to move to frankfurt and live my realtives. my parents are ok beside it. I would be going into my grade 11 year. can u detail me how frankfurt is like. I really want to move near but im not sure yet. can u backing me out.
Answers: Frankfurt is a nice big city on the Rhine river and it has a modern look and is busy and have lots to do.
But I don't know if Germany has "German for Foreigners" within school. If not your grades would possibly be low until you cram the language. Start study now if you can. You can do it if you want, and it'll be immensely interesting, because it's close to Holland, Belgium, France, and Switz. too.
You love this place. I live there 24 years. Is a multicultural, interesting and fun place. Many international bank, like within NY, nice big train station, big Airport, nice stores, cafes, leading river, zoo, botanic garden, many masses museums, parks, subway, more and more.
You have some opportunity you can swot German language. Don't verbs at the beginning so much, individuals learning here English starting surrounded by the 3. Grade. You can make some tentative friends. That's fun too. It is like anyother big city. Not a drastically nice place to live in.

You might be better off attending 10th title at a Gesamtschule, especially if your German is poor.
10th grade (Realschulabschluss) is the disappearing grade for ancestors who do not wish to dance on to uni. Most people graduate at 16. If you enjoy the grades for it you can always step on to 11th grade within the Gesamtschule after your year in 10th order.
If you are determined to do well surrounded by Gymnasium, I highly recommend taking advanced math classes and at most minuscule one other foreign language aside from German presently in your institution in Canada. In writ to graduate from Gymnasium you need to show proof of have had at programme in 2 foreign language for at least 3 or 5 years respectively.

Many Germans do in certainty speak English. Frankfurt from what I remember is simular to your Canadian culture but yes you will feel the German appeal. Germany is delicate. Of course it's not USA or England, etc, where English is a primary language. Why do they hold to speak English? Ridiculous
You would be moving to a country where English is not the national dialect. The German language is rather difficult to master and has a gutteral nouns to it. I was on a German train station once (a trunk terminal) needing directions and I could not find even one individual on that busy train station who could understand English I be just contained by Frankfurt in March.
