Where to budge within Munich?
What are the best places that I will wanna visit contained by Munich?
Answers: Deutches Museum, The Plaza in front of the glockenspiel I saw Francis Ford and Sophia Coppola within. Oh Englisher Gartens beer gardens and it's clothing optional nouns. (w00t) Take a swim in the Isar or better turn to the 1976 Olympic site and swim in duplicate pool as Mark Spitz. Now take the S-bahn 6 ( S-6 ) out to Erding and travel to the restaurant over the old tower takings and drink some wine there for me... I miss Erding greatly it is the best spot in adjectives of Bayern!
As cheezy or cliche as it is, you'll definitely want to call round the main sites within the city. So that basically includes the Englischer Garten, the Hofbrauhaus, the Glockenspiel contained by Mariensplatz and Odeonsplatz. This also provides a great oppertunity for shopping and eating at a general variety of traditional caf¨¦ and restaurants. Then for something more relaxing, take the S6 SBahn to Starnberger See contained by Starnberg. This is the famous tarn where King Ludwig dissapeared and is a sweet but fun, laid-back town. It is also so handsome all year round, but during the summer is best when you can budge swimming at Paradies (a park in Possenhofen), rent boats, and sit outside for a breakfast time & icecream at the Undosa restaurant (which is just a hasty walk from the Starnberg train station). The best biergartens are the Chinesischer Turm contained by the Englischer Garten, the Augustinerkeller (not too far away from the city) and Andechs (probably the most famous and traditional, and is nearly a 20 min drive from the city centre). If you want to venture for a while further outside Munich, then it's other great to go see the Neuschwannstein castle as in good health as well-known, small bavarian towns close to Lindau. english garden it is a good place of abundant naked men and women lol
Munich have a lot of great sites to see. The first place you'll want to turn is Marienplatz, the square in the middle of town. You can see the eminent statue of the Virgin Mary, fish fountain, Glockenspiel (clock with power-driven figures), Altes Rathaus (Old City Hall) and Neues Rathaus (New City Hall). There are also lots of restaurants and shops in this nouns.
Not far away is the most famous chruch surrounded by Munich, the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady). The Residenz palace is also downtown. You can also see the royal treasury on display at the Residenz. Nymphenburg palace is away from the city center, but well worth a call on.
If you like movies, you may want to stop by the Bavaria Filmstadt. They offer tours surrounded by English. You'll be able to see sets and props from "Das Boot", "The Neverending Story", and other German-produced films and tube programs. I got to own my picture taken on Falcor!
There are lots of museums in Munich, most notoriously the Deutsches Museum (science) and the Alte Pinakothek, Neue Pinakothek, and Alte Pinakothek der Moderne (all art museums, pre-19th century, 19th century, and modern, respectively).
The Museum Lichtspiele has be screening "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" for over 30 years, and should not be missed by RHPS fans.
