It's a private academy that offers primary and lower school.
Enrollment/reservation payment is 6000 EUR, annual fee is around 14.000 EUR.

Their pattern page contains all information you're looking for contained by English language.

German inferior schools are free of charge, but you might want to cram German before you enroll.
(BTW, I've be following your questions and I have a thought. The Volkshochschulen offer crash classes surrounded by German language that thieve around three months. If you'd move in January and transport such a class at once, you'd have roughly partly a year where you could swot up and practice the language and gain accustomed to the country. So by the time the new conservatory year starts you should have a fortune of following lectures. Of course, that would require you're really willing to invest seriously of energy into research and classes. How is it with your current college grades? You wrote that you have an average of C+, so how's your research curve? Are you a fast learner or do you own a hard time cramming foreign things into your head? I'd probably rob the current school year as a experiment run and see how serious you are about research, because if you have a well brought-up learning strategy it will specifically work to your advantage.)
There are two international school in or close to Frankfurt:

All international school in Germany are private school and pretty expensive: 15,000 EUR are about 21,000 Canadian-$ at the moment. Public school are free. Why not take your time until subsequent year learning some german at home, afterwards taking a summer crash course in Germany at a speaking school, and afterwards attend a public university?

Here's a free online-course:

I attended Frankfurt International School in the 80s. It's excellent, but expensive and to a certain extent hard to bring into. The kids there are roughly from foreign families living surrounded by the area. The university is actually located surrounded by the northern suburbs of Frankfurt, in the Taunus hill overlooking the city. You can get within easily via train from the city. Even a big place resembling Frankfurt is not likely to hold more than one International School. Here's some info on the one there is - and this is absolutely neither free nor cheap. From this link, you can stir on to their website, too. so check both out.
