Do most German and Austrian brides enjoy their makeup done professionally?
I am thinking about starting my own business, and going to the brides homes to apply their makeup.
Do you know of any bride that would love to own this done, or do most brides do this themselves? I am curious...
Answers: I think it's something approaching 70:30, more people tend to do it themselves, but within are some who turn to professional make up folks. I've been to a LOT of weddings contained by the past year or two (an age thing) and most of my friends did their own.
Then again, I don't know whether my circle of friends is representative - some of the weddings be outdoor, and most of them were festive, but relaxed affairs, not the "oh my god the napkins aren't equal shade of pale blue as the candles and immediately the little dove that was supposed to fly contained by my ring has broken a wing"-type of extravaganza some US weddings tend to be.
I hold a lot of friends who live surrounded by Germany and Austria. I also have be to a lot of their weddings. I have an idea that it is just similar to here in the states. A lot of brides enjoy their makeup done professionally and there are also some that do it themselves.
