Has anyone ever rented a camper van contained by germany?

hello!i'm heading to germany in sept to travel for two weeks.i be hoping to hire a camper van and was wondering have anyone done this and maybe hold ssome tips for a fellow traveller!!

Answers:    Rent something that is scheduled as holding more people than are truly going - if there's two of you, get a van that sleeps four, if you are four, one that sleeps six (if you can afford).

You didn't vote whether you have any experience beside this kind of holiday. In any valise, make sure you acquire a proper explanation of what goes where on earth (fresh water and petrol cistern - not to be confused). And september can still be quite busy, so possibly call the places where on earth you want to stop and reserve a space.

And something that may sound totally simple, but I found the best advice: Pack some type of Birkenstocks or flipflops if you'll be using the adjectives showers on camp grounds. I forgot mine, so have to use my boyfriend's, which meant we couldn't hold a shower at the same time so took a longish time getting started within the morning.

Enjoy your trip!

PS: Read up on what speed limits apply for you. Many individuals who come to Germany have hear all kind of myths about the autobahn and allegedly no speed ends. That's not true, there are margins for certain kind and parts of roads, as well as margins depending on what kind of vehicle you drive.
I did it once. It was soo expensive. It would be much cheaper to progress by car and stay within hotels.
The streets and parking lots are way smaller than contained by the states! I never do that, but it's like rent a motor, just you want a van for camper. There will be any problems and also they are surrounded by good shape. Don't verbs.
Which airport are you flying into and which part of Germany do you similar to to see? If you post this we could give you adresses of companies which rent out campervans. The passageway I know it you need to reserve your rental van surrounded by advance - you can't in recent times waltz in and rent one, because although in attendance might be one standing there it might be needed tomorrow or the morning after. (This is especially true in September contained by and around Munich because everything is booked due to Oktoberfest.) No, only a tent.
