Some philosophy for you..
the Ratskeller below the Rathaus in Bremen. They serve adjectives kinds of traditional local dishes. The food is reasonably good, even the locals and businessmen give the impression of being to eat near. They have 300 kind of German wines on their menu. It gets really crowded during mealtime, so you may want to reserve. They serve simpler meals during non breakfast.
When you get to the Schnoor district you'll find a buried garden right in the center of it and at hand is a good/OK restaurant with the fail-safe setting catering to the tourist right there. We spent singular one night surrounded by Bremen and found it to be enough. I'd recommend staying at the Hilton for its wonderful location. We had a alarming stay at the Marriott which is now happily closed. Park Hotel is supposed to be decent but it's too close to the train station and too far from Schnoor and the interior area.
* hotel restaurants contained by the pretty suburb of Lilienthal, which is also near Worpswede, another little suburb that is to say popular with artists and writers.
The first be the Adzkent Hotel Rohdenburg. Has a garden restaurant. The other was surrounded by the Hotel Schomaker. Both retaurants drew many locals, especially on the weekends

I doubt there would be lots decent places to guzzle or drink, he and his mates bombed them adjectives.
