Just a minute - now I've get it...(naughty booger) 'Is this England? My brother lives at a house called 'Hilton'...can I stir see him?' If your spelling is correct that definitely is not German. Sounds close to a mixture of English with misspelled words of an non-existing talking!

I agree next to first answer, that is no German i hold ever seen, or any one I know intuitively. Maybe post this in the language section and some one might know how to help you know which poetry it is and then know how to get it translated?
