Germany is culturally closer to England or to France?
Answers: Neither all three enjoy a very distinct culture
There are things adjectives three share and there are things two out of the three own in commun.But that doesn't put Germany closer to France or England!
Germany is Germany France is France and England is England
The french don't want to be culturally similar to anyone.
From my personal perspective, I'd hold to say in that is more similiarity between Germans and English than Germans and France.
When you step across the border from Germany to France, your stepping into a totally different world!
Except for the region that borders France, Most of Germany is closer to England. Remember the saxons came from Germany. The language are a bit similar than either are to French. Neither have that snobbish way of the French. France clings to it's former, which has nought wrong to it. England and Germany cherish their pasts, but cherish the modern world too. Neither.
German has their vastly own superiority.
But if you had to clear a guess, they'd be closer to France.
