Answers: That be eight years ago. There are no archive photos (atleast not to my knowledge); but those were the days when copious netizens tried to shut down Lufthansas' network as a protest against informal deportation of foreigners from Germany through a denial of service attack, and we partly succeeded: They shut past its sell-by date the DFN (Deutsches Forschungsnetz; THE backbone of German universities) from their booking network for a few hours. They never admit their vulnerability, but just stated to their U.S. customers that delay are due to technical problems. Well, if they want to put it that opening, that's their right.
The action be announced several weeks before. I wonder what would own happened if it weren't.
