Australian to German power adapter surrounded by Berlin?? oblige!?
Hello, I have not long moved to Germany (Berlin) and am having trouble locating some Australian to German power adapters for some electrical equipment I brought over. Does anyone know where on earth I can find these?

As the voltage is indistinguishable in Europe and Australia and it sounds as if you'll stay here, why not hold the plugs changed where possible? Shouldn't be too expensive.

I found the Conrad register. The printed one. I knew I have it somewhere; so here's what you need:
The "Universal-Reiseadapter". They say-so it's also ideal for company to Germany. The item number is 48 17 80-88 (catalogue page 646) and it goes for 20.50 euros. Ask for it at a Conrad store.
Conrad is indeed the best place to turn to; you can check out their website first - the stock surrounded by their stores differs somwhat from the stock in their online-store. [www.conrad.de]

there seem to be to be others as well, but these two specifically mention Australia; hope they are SAFE as ably...
Alternatively: put up notes on consideration boards at the universities, or within some of the bigger student accommodation places they might hold; or check out some places you assume you might find the odd Australian exchange student [i. e. Irish Pubs, etc. :-) ].
Student who are going home soon might be fanatical to sell their adapters.
Should enjoy bought some before you moved buddy, help to think stuff through as I see Australian to European power adapters at any local electronics store here...
My guess is simply go to any big electronics department store:
I used to live contained by Munich for 2 years and from what I remember German electronic stores are fortresses of technology compared to Australian ones over here...
