Answers:    It is a Face Lotion Cleanser( for dry /sensitive skin )
It's facial exactness (Gesichtspflege) product for dry and sensative skin. My best guess is that it's L'Oreal Plenitude RevitaClean Cold Cream for sensitive and dry skin.
