If you are more specific you will bring back better answers
You are in Ulm, right?
Stuttgart is moderately nice for one day - combined beside some shopping; also the famous zoo (http://www.wilhelma.de/en/visiting-us.ht... ).
close by Stuttgart you have oodles quaint little towns, for example Ludwigsburg near its castle (http://www.ludwigsburg.de/servlet/PB/men... ), or Esslingen with its good-looking old town centre of attention (http://www.esslingen-tourist.de/english/... ).
For longer trips (3 days plus), Lake Constance is the first choice from Ulm.
See http://www.lake-constance.com , for example; check out especially Mainau island. [Please make sure you hold the necessary documents for entering Switzerland and/or Austria].
Fussen..contained by Bayern, it is gorgeous...right in the alps, and surrounded by lake, it is where the castle is that Cinderella's be created from. If you want to party after Munich.
If you want to see castle then Fusen, but in that are castle all over Germany you would spend years visit just partially of them.
Garmish, Oberammagau.
Passau is nice.
