Which airport is nearer to Gottingen - Berlin or Frankfurt?

Would it be easier to get to Gottingen from Berlin airport or Frankfurt airport?
Answers: Hanover is nearest, later Frankfurt with Berlin furthest away.
Travel directions:
Hanover - Airport bus to Hanover train station 20 - 30mins.
ICE train to Gottingen - 33mins.
Frankfurt - ICE train direct to Gottingen from airport 2hours.
Berlin - Bus from airport to Berlin Zoo train station 45mins.
ICE train to Gottingen 2hours 30mins.

It's closer to Hannover, so fly to Frankfurt first and help yourself to the train. I recommend flying into Frankfurt, as connections from Frankfurt a. M. Airport (Fraport, not Hahn!) to Goettingen are slightly better. Plus it will be easier for you to fly into Frankfurt than into Berlin if you are coming from outside Europe.
But if you are flying budget, Hannover would be better situated than Berlin or Frankfurt/Hahn. From Hannover you can use Niedersachsen-Ticket to get to Gttingen on the cheap beside regional trains. (18 EUR compared to 70 EUR for the ICE train from Berlin.)
